Package Your Items
Securely place your jewelry in its original branded packaging and include the completed return form to ensure your request is processed correctly.
Ship to the Workshop
Send your package back to our London workshop using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our master jewelers have inspected the item for authenticity and condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
