How do I determine my correct ring size?
We recommend visiting a local jeweler to be professionally sized, or you can purchase one of our ring sizers online. Please ensure you measure the specific finger you intend to wear the ring on, as sizes can vary between hands.
How long will it take to receive my order?
As many of our pieces are handcrafted to order in our London workshop, please allow 2-4 weeks for production before shipping. Once dispatched, domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days, while international shipping may take 5-10 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via secure, tracked courier services. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred upon arrival in their destination country.
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
We accept returns and exchanges on standard items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made pieces, resized rings, and earrings are non-refundable for hygiene and bespoke reasons.
What materials do you use in your jewelry?
Our jewelry is primarily crafted from high-quality 925 Sterling Silver, and we also offer select designs in 9ct, 14ct, and 18ct Gold. All our pieces are hallmarked to certify their authenticity and metal purity.
Do you offer a repair service?
We stand by the quality of our work and offer a lifetime repair service for manufacturing defects. For general wear and tear or accidental damage, we provide professional repair and cleaning services for a nominal fee.
